The Van Beekum Surf & Turf Spice Blend combines garlic, onion, pepper, chilli, coriander and parsley for a fresh, herby flavour with a delicious mild kick. Perfect for a thick ribeye, T-bone or brisket, but just as delicious on salmon, prawns or a whole fish from the BBQ.

    The blend contains no paprika powder, keeping the flavour bright and herby. Sprinkle it directly over your meat or fish as a dry rub, or mix it with a little oil for a quick marinade. Fire up the BBQ, add the seasoning and get cooking!
