Following intensive research by Saus.Guru into the true origins of this German delicacy, the development process began for both the sauce (Soße) and the curry spices (Dust). This was followed by final testing by a highly knowledgeable and somewhat sceptical German tasting panel, after which Saus.Guru’s Currywurst Soße and Dust were approved. The verdict was unanimous: “Saus.Guru’s Currywurst Soße contains the truly traditional flavours that create a premium Currywurst experience.

    The perfect balance of sweet, sour, umami, spiciness and the typical fruitiness, just as it was intended,” said the panel. This sauce is packed with flavour and depth and has just the right touch of fresh fruitiness from the addition of orange. Together with Saus.Guru’s Currywurst Dust, this duo is a plug & play kit for serving premium Berliner Style Wurst in no time. Preferably serve the sauce warm. Always heat the sauce with a small amount of extra water to compensate for evaporation during heating. For evenly dusting the Wurst and sauce, use a fine (tea) strainer.
