    With the Kamado Joe Reversible Cast Iron Griddle Big Joe, you get two different cooking surfaces in one accessory. One side is smooth, ideal for smash burgers, eggs, fish and vegetables, for example. Turn the griddle over and you get a ribbed side that gives meat and vegetables beautiful grill marks.

    The sturdy cast iron retains heat exceptionally well, making the griddle perfect for high-temperature cooking. Thanks to its half-moon shape, you can use it within the Divide & Conquer® Flexible Cooking System and combine it with, for example, a stainless steel cooking grate or cast iron grate.

    This version is specially suitable for the Kamado Joe Big Joe series and other round kamados of approximately 61 cm for which these dimensions are suitable.
