    The Forged Brute cleaver, also known as a Nakiri, is a Japanese vegetable knife. This knife is a must-have for finely slicing and chopping vegetables and herbs. Forged Brute knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden case and covered by a 10-year warranty.
