    Maple provides a mild and slightly sweet smoky flavour that pairs perfectly with poultry, ham, cheese and vegetables. Maple is also known as maple wood.

    These wood chips are particularly suitable for use in Borniak smokers. These smokers have a smoke generator with a capacity of 2 litres, allowing you to smoke continuously for 8 hours.
