      The Baking Stone is made of ceramic and retains heat exceptionally well. This allows the heat to be distributed evenly across the base of your dish, giving your pizza a deliciously crispy crust and your bread a beautifully browned crust. With a diameter of 35 cm, the stone is perfectly suited to the Big Green Egg Large.

      For the best results, use the Baking Stone in combination with the convEGGtor. Place the stone on the cooking grid when lighting the Big Green Egg, so the ceramic can heat up gradually.
